Booking your car 1 day before pick up day.
Inform your detail pick up address and your personal phone number, settle down your pick up date and time. Our driver will pick you up within area: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi.

There is no Pick up fee

Please do not order the car through our driver, but call our customer service from the above phone number

• Customer can do booking confirmation by transfer the down payment Rp. 100,000/ day booking.
• The payment balance can be pay through our driver once our driver has come to your address.
• Our driver will bring the invoice from our company "Mitra Mobil".
• If there is any cancellation order or change pick up schedule date, please let us know 1 x 24 hour in-advance. and we will transfer back your down payment max within 2 x 24 hour from cancellation time. Down Payment will be forfeited if you do cancellation less than 1 x 24 hour from your first confirm pick up schedule.

Term and Conditions Rent a Car Include Driver:

• For daily car rent including driver service, customer are not required to submit any identity documents.
• There are 2 optional time for daily car rent: 12 hours or 24 hours. Customer can choose the time package that suits for their needs.
• The rental price is exclude driver meal fee Rp. 50,000 / 12 hours.
• For pick-up schedule before 06:00 AM or finish using car after 12:00 AM, there will be driver overtime fee Rp. 35,000 / day.
• Car overtime charge per hour is 10% from "car rent price + driver fee". Overtime more than 5 hours will be charged 24 hours package.
  
• For 24 hours package, driver meal fee Rp. 100,000/ 24 hours and motel fee Rp. 125,000/ 24 hours.
• Additional fee Rp. 50,000/ day, if customer request special car police number (odd or even).
• For daily car rent there is no life insurance or accident insurance or compensation money for passenger. Life insurance and accident insurance are optional, it can be requested by customer for minimum 1 month car rent period. The additional optional insurance fee calculation is base on total insurance money that customer requested.
• Any car damage occurs due to our driver negligence is not customer responsibility. There will be no charge to customer.
  
• Please check your belongings before finished using the car, do not leave your belongings in the car. If you leave your belongings in the car, please report to our customer service at least 1x24 hours. Any losses arising from the lost belongings is not our responsibility.

• Passport
• KITAS

• Insurance Deposit (will be returned if there is no car accident during rent period)
